Liked: Being so close to the Amarillo Civic Center. It was so nice, them taking our car and not having to try to find a parking space. The people were so nice; the room was so clean!
Disliked: Nothing - it was all good.

Great hotel and amenities, but.....

Liked: I loved the room set up and everything in general. Breakfast was good too.
Disliked: The hotel is kind of difficult to get to, and the pet fees for two 2lb pups were a bit excessive. $75 was fine, but that should include the cleaning fee. Instead, I was charged another $12 to clean up after them, and there was nothing to clean. I make sure my dogs don't make a mess. There were kids and other customers that left food outside their rooms, and one got marinara sauce in the carpet outside their room, which was right next to ours. They made way more of a mess than my babies did and I can almost bet they weren't charged a cleaning fee!
