Getting old, needs a refresh

Disliked: Hotel interior is very very old. Photos are slightly misleading. Rooms are quite small

Disliked: Staff could off been more helpful, room could do with better air conditioning room smelled horrible bedding had black hair on pillows

Liked: The hotel is near Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, I can enjoy walking. Although the hotel doesn't provide breakfast, I recommend two cafes nearby: Les Filles & Sheila's Café. Room is small but clean.

Perfect venue for anyone just...

Liked: Room was perfectly fine for mother / daughter staying one night to go to concert. Fantastic location for us - close to Paddington station and Hyde Park. Was a busy pub opposite but was quiet by midnight so no problem sleeping.
Disliked: Bathroom was very small, however perfectly functional for 1 night.
