Very good
Liked: It is a great location, that gives easy access to the center, near metro stations. It has air condition in the rooms which was life saving during the heatwave.
Disliked: It is a bit too tight in the rooms.

Charming London hotel in a...
Liked: Truly great location; this hotel is in the cutest London neighborhood and a block from Hyde Park. Like most European hotel rooms I’ve encountered, the rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful too.

Disliked: It was an old hotel and the smell of rooms was awful.restrooms were very, very small and it wasn't even good for one person. The location was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay and...
Liked: Very cozy & comfy room & hotel. Great Hyde Park location. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again! TV reception was not very good, nor was WiFi very strong.
Disliked: TV reception and WiFi weren't very good.

Great location but overpriced
Liked: Just the location for Hyde Park and Lancaster Gate Tube. 3 options outside for food and drink.Wifi worked, safe, coffee and tea,kettle
Disliked: Room very small. window not double glassed so noisy. A/C intermittant. No breakfast option. £200 a night is expensive for lack of features
