Liked: Nice staff. Handy location - quick walk to Paddington station.
Disliked: Rooms are a little dated, walls were dirty (but overall room and bathroom was still clean). Very tight bathroom- larger people would struggle.

Great staff and excellent location

Liked: Excellent location and very friendly staff. Room had air conditioning which we were thankful for in the heat. Room was cleaned daily.
Disliked: The bathroom was slightly dated and a bit small, but I understand that the size is due to the central location.
