Very good

Liked: The staff was great. I was expecting breakfast This is one of the reasons why I decided to stay at the Eloquence. It was under construction. The price was ok until I found out they were not serving breakfast plus the pictures were not the same as I thought it was when I drove up and walked in.

Overall, a good experience.

Liked: Comfortable bed, nice room, cleanliness.
Disliked: Renovation mess outside, no sign with property name outside, no remote in room.

Disappointing

Liked: The room was clean and beds were comfortable.
Disliked: No staff at desk after 8 pm. Had to call if you have emergencies. Our neighbor cranked his TV all night the first night. When we asked staff to take care of it the second night they waited until 1 am to do it. Not friendly. Complained that I kept calling them.

I would not recommend anyone...

Liked: The property is under construction being converted from a hotel to apartment. The whole first floor is destroyed. The last night I stayed. I had bugs in my room.
Disliked: As I stated above, this is not a good hotel to stay in it’s not even a hotel anymore it’s have maybe a few rooms that are hotel rooms that have not been converted into apartments. It is not worth the 480 something dollars I paid for.
