Great value, comfortable and cosy....

Liked: I stayed here twice over weekends in Melbourne for courses. Overall everything was great, comfortable, quiet and love the tranquil gardens on the property.
Disliked: 2nd time I stayed I turned the shower on and water sprayed everywhere from the shower head over the top of the screen, the vanity has a huge dodgy looking crack in it and needs replacing as well. A little difficult to navigate traffic out of the driveway but you barely know you’re on a main road whilst in your room.

Liked: I adored the hidden location of the Twin Room. It almost shielded me completely from the noise of other guests. I also liked the greenery and gardens.The microwave was convenient.
Disliked: The pillows are quite flat. I brought my own, but a few plump pillows would have been useful.

Overall, it was a comfortable...

Liked: The room was very spacious.The dressing table was large with plenty of drawers.
Disliked: The mattress was too soft and not firm as expected.The lighting in the room was insufficient and not suitable.

Liked: Very tidy and clean.
Disliked: The aircon wasn't working.

Liked: Location central to everywhere we needed to go. Easy access to the freeway to CBD or east
Disliked: Amenities were older but functional ..
