Liked: The building was quite old, and the doors and parquet floors made a lot of noise. One of the chairs was damaged, and the bathroom mirror was also broken. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the breakfast area was located in a separate building, so we had to get dressed and walk there in the rain, which was a bit inconvenient.However, the location was excellent — right in central Malmö and very close to the train station. The staff were also friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated.
Disliked: Receptions wc was so dirty unfortunately

Liked: Location, couple of minutes from train station and similar to the old town area.Elegant building, great breakfast.
Disliked: Noisy and draughty if you have a room at the front. Construction work on facade and scaffolding irritating but that should be finished spring 25.

Disliked: Old and worn furniture, restroom was old and had a leak. It was uncomfortable and dangerous getting in and out of the shower/tube

Wonderful, fantastic and we will...

Liked: I think we got accidentally upgraded to a wonderfully fancy suite, but even without that the facilities and service were definitely one of our best global hotel experiences. It made me want to ask them if they were hiring! It was a great stay for us and we will be back.
