Location good, hotel doesn't match...

Liked: The breakfast area was decent, the staff were good.
Disliked: The hold on my card after leaving. The quality of the hotel does not match the price, it's over price. The cart used for bringing up items is deplorable. The rooms are extremely small. The entrance area is an eye sore.

Liked: The Element was great. Perfect location, large room, so many choices for breakfast. Would recommend it to everyone.

Awful hotel, they steal money...

Liked: Nice location, close to the city center
Disliked: They didn’t return the deposit payment. After dozens of reminders just stopped responding; awful experience, they are just stealing my money. The personnel was not responsive, we waited for check in for 20 minutes, while they were just talking to each other and figuring out some internal stuff.

Liked: I like that the room was right in the center of all good attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The elevator situation was a little slow but we did not ever feel like it was a problem.

Disliked: Booked this property for family room around six months back but unfortunately they didn’t offer family room when we check in. We have to stay in two separate rooms in two different floors.After two days only got the family room. Bit disappointed.

Very good

Liked: We enjoyed the bedroom, the view of the empire state, the appliances, the temperature, we did not hear noises. Overall, it was comfortable.
Disliked: We asked a room in a lower level. We did not have a kettle, the breakfast should have more variety, few toasters. The floor in the bedroom was not properly vacuumed. The pillow was too thin.
