Comfortable room

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The bartender at the down stairs restaurant was friendly.
Disliked: I arrived early and the room wasn't ready yet. I was allowed to drop off my luggage and was told I would be notified when the room was ready. I waited three hours till after four o'clock, and that notification never came. Went to dine at rooftop restaurant. Was told the wait was fifteen minutes and I would receive a text when table was ready. After forty five minutes, I went back to check and the host said he dialed my number in wrong.

Nice accommodations and friendly staff.

Liked: The room accommodations were modern and comfortable. The self park was convenient.
Disliked: The breakfast was disappointing. Eggs/omelettes were not available one day because someone had not shown up to work. The next day the plates and breakfast items were poorly stocked.

Liked: Location was great for what we had planned. The room was clean the view amazing!
Disliked: The breakfast could have had more options with more protein. A few items could have been explained better such as parking and other services, but we would stay here again!

Liked: Terrific location, walking distance to the City Creek Center, Temple square and main city attractions. Friendly, professional and helpful staff.
Disliked: Limited breakfast options, would do well to expand.
