Perfect place to stay when attending a concert. Convenient, clean and hospitality was great.

Great place and convenient location.

Liked: We loved that the hotel was so conveniently located to restaurants, stores, malls, and hoghways.
Disliked: I have 3 things that we didn't care for:1. Please cover up your bread and bagels. They were exposed to the open air, and also, I don't care for powdered eggs. 2. We didn't get room service until the day before we left.3. I think the Eureka restaurant was great, but I think a small discount should be offered to those who stay at the hotel.

Disliked: A few small things that mgnt can easily fix. Corner of bed sticks out too much. My husband kept scraping his shin. Ouch. Towels were crunchy instead of soft. Shower was strong but sharp. You couldn’t wash face. Felt as if your skin would come off. Too much calcium build up in the little holes may be causing this sharpness. Otherwise it’s nice to have a strong flow. Coffee machine incomplete and stains on carpet and walls could have been wiped. I did like the decor and location.

Disliked: Only downfall was we stayed there because it said heated pool. And it was not. They said they needed a piece to fix it so was not heated.
