Liked: Location, easy to find, near Penn station, near metro line
Disliked: There were three elevators, out of which one was not working (we have received an information at the day of arrival), but second was either in service mode or used by staff only. One elevator is not enough, so it was a long waiting in the morning.

Incredible.

Liked: Location, cleaningless, kitchenette and full-sized refrigerator, air conditioning, overall comfort. Very modern!.
Disliked: One of the elevators was broken. Need more fresh veggies and fruit (salad) for breakfast. The desk lamp could have an extension arm. Desk has no other ceiling lamp other than the kitchen's.

Would stay here again

Liked: Big thanks to Jeffrey who took care of us at breakfast every morning, we both required gluten free. If you ask the staff they have gluten free options they will bring out for you. Great location not far from Broadway and Times Square. Handy to have the kitchenette in the room. They stored our luggage as well for a while which was great.
Disliked: If your a light sleeper, the aircon is a bit loud (was too hot to leave it off overnight). We found a cockroach but just the one, didn't see another and the hotel were helpful sending in cleaners. As mentioned in other reviews, the breakfast room is a bit small, but if you wait til about 8am to go down it's easier to get a table.
