Liked: The room was accommodating, beds were comfortable. Had a full kitchnette with stove, pots and pans, glassware and a good size refrigerator. Breakfast was okay. Convenient location.
Disliked: Unfortunately the elevators were being worked on and only two were working in the lobby and one on our floor. This is a highrise of 40 stories. When we called the elevator to go down from the 12th floor and you got in, you would realize that it was going up first to the 40th floor to then make it's way down. As a claustrophobic person, I had to get off on the 26th floor (I couldn't breath, it was packed with people) and walk down 26 flights of stairs. You can image my legs for the rest of the trip. I asked to be move to a lower floor, they told me I can have a second floor room, which turned out not to work because the shower was broken. I got a room on the 6th floor. Every morning, I had to walk down 6 flights of stairs because every morning the elevators would skip our floor not just once but several times because it was going up first. It was a nightmare. I was told that Booking.com should have warmed me prior to booking that this was an issue with this hotel. We never receive any type on compensation for this inconvenience. The shower needs to have shelves. The walls are bare so if you want to use your own shampoo, face wash, shaver, there is absolutely no were to put them. They do supply conditioning shampoo and body wash. Adding shelves to the showers would make it much better.

Liked: The property was in a great location and the room was clean. Also had a small kitchen in it.
Disliked: The elevators were slow and not functioning great. One was down completely. The other two were hard to get on. Buttons didn’t work right. Took forever to get a ride. Took the stairs a lot and we were on the 24th floor. Not fun.

Great location

Liked: The location was very close to Times Square and there was a parking garage across the street. !0 minute walk to Westside theater. Westway diner across from the theater was excellent. Room was quiet.
Disliked: One elevator was out of service so that had some wait. Breakfast was just ok

Liked: The room was large for NYC. The property is very convenient (4min walk from the subway exit and 7min from Time Square). Rich and varied breakfast. The staff is quick to solve problems. The elevator management was excellent despite the scheduled and communicated inconvenience (one elevator out of three was being modernized, but the queue wasn't too much).
Disliked: Long queue at reception desk and during breakfast time because the breakfast room was too small compared to the number of guests. The view of the city declared on the website was not so breathtaking: although on the 23rd floor (of a total of 40 floors) it was quite high, the view was of an old building opposite and you could only see a little of The Edge.

Liked: The location is accessible to subway, Time Square, Rockefeller Center, etc. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: Only 2 elevators working for a 40 floors building and service( hotel was sold out). Only 1 washer and 1 dryer available. The toilet in my room on floor 28 wasn't working. I reported this issue the first night at 10:15pm but they told me the person already left they will notify in the morning, the next day when I arrived to the room at 9:30pm they didn't fix the issue, I went to lobby to see why they didn't fix the toilet then they told me the person is about to leave has to be in the morning that nobody notified them. I was 2 days filling the toilet tank with a bucket because the toilet filling valve was not working. How in the world you dont give the importance an issue like this in an hotel.
