Liked: Location and the bathrooms, the bathrooms are wonderful!
Disliked: Its feeling very tired, and its not that old. Lobby feels shabby, rooms feel a little beat up. Elevators are kinda trashed and button lights dont work in some. The breakfast was sad - about as far away from what i would expect when you market healthy...

Chuck Fri, 23 June 2017

Liked: Was close to where I had to be. The free breakfast and happy hour were the best of any hotel I have stayed at. Staff was very friendly
Disliked: No draw space to but belongings in. There was a closet but it had no shelves. TV location was horrible should have been directly across from the bed on the wall and that would have allowed for a eating counter and the needed draw space

Disliked: It seemed like a hostel with private rooms.

Disliked: The hotel has a serious elevator problem. When I checked in, they told me one (out of three) was out of order. In fact, a second one proved very unreliable and was frequently out of service. The queues to use the elevators sometimes filled the lobby.

Sam Sat, 17 June 2017

Liked: I hate to give this place a bad revive but I must. I love their beds. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well updated. I love the small kitchen and it is really possible to use it completely. The staff as well are really friendly.
Disliked: 1. The photo representations here and on their website are a bold faced lie. The studio rooms are not at all accurate. Not one photo showed a room without a sofa. There was no sofa. There was a line chair. They are the exact same as king rooms but they're sold as more expensive. The elevator situation is beyond bad. Even worse there was no AC in the lobby. So you could wait 15 minutes for an elevator in the heat in summer. Not ok. The staff is so over tasked and under staffed that they can't do simple tasks you ask. I had food delivered. They told me they could not even bring it up to my room as they had nobody. That is 100% not ok. It's a basic service a staff provides at a hotel. It's BASIC. I've stayed here 4 times in a year. No more. I'll pay the extra to go to Homewood around the corner because this time was a collection of annoyances that put me off. Finally I feel the problem here is a management and corporate team who is too cost focused to fix what's wrong with this hotel. If they did it would be a nice place. Your elevators are slow and inefficient and one is constantly broken. Close your hotel for a week to actually get it fixed. Ditto with your lobby AC, ditto with staffing more support staff. Your money grab is obvious and every single person I met in the elevator said the same thing about the place--nice rooms but never ever ever again.
