Liked: We were informed in advance about one of the lifts under repair. The hotel was clean n breakfast and had a good variety and was very fresh.. We loved our stay there n would highly recommend it.
Disliked: As one of the lift was non functional, it caused long queues in front of the other two lifts.

Relaxing, fun-filled experience; looking forward...

Liked: The location was easily accessible to everything I wanted to see. It was “my” first time in NY. The breakfast was excellent. It was very clean, the staff very friendly. We decided we’ll be staying in Element locations whenever available!
Disliked: The only problem was the difficulties with the wait for the elevator, but you did inform us of the situation; that was commendable.

Liked: I think the price was very good for the locality. I liked my room with nice office table and even small kitchen.
Disliked: I did not like the view from my room but this is something the hotel owners can hardly do something with. I was in 16th floor, from higher floors the view might be much better I guess. I did not like very much the breakfasts but it is compared to european or asian hotels. The food was ok, I just dont like eating my breakfast from paper plates with plastic forks. But I think this is normal in US.

Liked: Close to Time Square and other attractions. Lots of food places to eat out or buy groceries.
Disliked: We were put in a room near the street and lift. Very noisy and was not able to change as booked out. Air-conditioning unit was also very noisy. If we were able to go to another room would have been better. Otherwise the room was alot bigger than most rooms that you see in New York with a kitchen, dishwasher microwave, stove and fridge. Great that you could buy food and not have to go out all the time.
