Liked: Loved the location and how eco-friendly it is.
Disliked: The Dog barking next door kept me up half the nightime. I'm all for traveling with pets, but please make sure they are somewhat behaved

Liked: Great location - walking distance to Times Square and many exhibits and shows :)
Free Wifi was a bonus!
Concierge and hotel staff were friendly and helpful in navigating the area - was greeted by someone every time we entered the lobby :)
Continental breakfast offered a good variety of food (bagels, yogourt, cereal, muffins, coffee, fruit smoothies)
Would definitely recommend to others and stay again!

Liked: The location is good, and the free wifi was strong. Not much else to recommend it.
Disliked: There are not enough elevators for a 40 level building. We dreaded having to use them as we generally had to wait a long time to get up to or down from our 37th floor room. No service elevators so staff have to use limited guest elevators. Breakfast poor. Didn't bother with it after the first day. Also not enough space for guests to eat breakfast in breakfast area. Room we had was badly designed. Not much space in the room yet TV was on its own piece of furniture in the middle of the room. Not really enough room for 2 people and their luggage. Bed was good but the hard edges of the bed base in such a small room meant many bruised shins.

Disliked: Staff was not helpful, breakfast was awful, just bagels, rates were too high for what you were getting, afternoon snacks were not good. This was the 3rd Elements I have stayed in and the other two were fantastic. I would not come back to this one.

Liked: Being close to Times Square and the Port Authority makes it possible for you to get a subway line to everywhere. You can get easily through E & A train from the JFK. Reach downtown or Brooklyn easily. As a tourist the location is perfect. The city views are great if you have a high floor. You can hear the city sound and have the real NYC experience.
I liked that you can take your breakfast to your room every morning.
Disliked: The surrounding neighborhood isn't clean or quiet but this is what you get when you stay close to Time's Square. This is not the hotel's fault. If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood you can stay downtown.
