Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff was awesome!

Liked: I liked the cleanliness of the facility and the staff was helpful!
Disliked: The shower faucet did not provide adequate hot water.

Great stay - tasty breakfast!

Liked: I loved the breakfast and the spacious dining area on the 2nd floor. It was nice to not be crammed down in the lobby and have space to spread out. The made to order pancakes were a nice touch. Having fresh eggs and fresh fruit was so nice! The room had a nice desk at which to work, we really appreciated that and how comfortable the set-up was.
Disliked: The pillows on the bed in the room were terrible, so thin. I'm allergic to feather pillows and when they brought us different pillows upon request the guy couldn't speak/didn't speak English and couldn't confirm that they didn't have feathers in them. They were marginally thicker at least, but overall this is a great hotel with absolutely awful pillows. There was also no TV remote in our room, but eventually our second night we got one.

Disliked: Whole 3 days stay was wonderful and whenever in Dallas we will be staying in this hotel for sure

Liked: the hotel was very clean
Disliked: the front desk personnel was not at the front desk at ALL times - I had to knock on the office door for someone to come out and when we checked out again no one was at the front desk.

Liked: The bed is very comfortable. This room has chipped countertops and flooring. Water pressure was great. The night staff check-in person needs to be fired or go through more extensive training on credit card systems.

Liked: I couldn't change my reservation and they would not let me rebook for a different day.
