Disliked: Front desk was not very fast at check in. The computer system was down, but 25 minutes to check in around midnight is not acceptable.

Disliked: No one came to clean my room or change my sheets. No garbage was picked up from my room.No fresh towels provided unless requested. I changed my own sheets after requesting new ones. Free breakfast was horrible. Sausage was like burned leather.

Liked: So I liked having a full kitchen, I like the idea that there was a pool and the idea that there was breakfast but I have comments about that. The staff was very nice and given the problems they were having with the computer for at least a couple of weeks, they did their best. The place was clean.
Disliked: These areas could really use improvement: the bed was way too soft, the shower was way too weak, the carpet was too thin, the pool had some kind of weird foam on the top when I went in, it was a little weird to go in honestly, The breakfast sausages were burnt to a crisp, and there wasn’t a lot of selection with respect to muffins, fruit etc. And the computer was down and so I cannot get a receipt, was more difficult to change my reservation when I needed to, they were confused and slow at checking in, couldn’t even tell if I was at the loft or at the element. So took an inordinate amount of time.
