Liked: They were well ventilated and clean. The beds were very comfortable .It was so close to everything !
Disliked: I left the window open and flies came in during the night

Great location, good value but...

Liked: The breakfast was good value for money with a good variety of fruit, cereal, breads and cooked options. Easily the best scrambled eggs I've ever had away from home.The room was comfortable and relatively quiet as it was at the back of the building.Staff were always friendly and helpful.Location was absolutely perfect - a 5 minute walk from the main train station and right by the old town.
Disliked: We requested that the rooms were refreshed but all that seemed to result in was clean towels and nothing else touched. The pillows were also very soft and only one each provided. We'd requested more but they were taken away again the next day. There was also a half-consumed bubble tea left it one of the rooms by either a previous guest or staff member. One of the toilet seats was also damaged and no effort was made to fix it during our stay despite asking for it to be looked at.Whilst the temperature control in each room was great, it took a few days to find it and both rooms had been set to 23⁰c, so were incredibly hot during the night. It would've been better to be made aware of this at check-in or in an information note in each room.The quiet rooms were great but the view was out onto a back alley and the row of buildings behind, so not very beautiful. But this was a very minor frustration.

Liked: Location and design and also the breakfast were excellent
Disliked: The room was alittle bit dusty, and the bed was separating all the time, we were trying to fix it but took abit energy.. they should check it

Liked: The staff was very nice, the location was perfect for me - right in the city centre and around the corner of the location I had to go to every day. I also liked the free coffee bar, where you could help yourself with free coffee and croissants every day. Rooms were spacious, modern and equipped with everything you need.
Disliked: They only clean the rooms every 3 days, which I think is not enough. It's not about making my own bed or using towels several days. I don't need that kind of service during a business trip. But my bin for example was packed, so that I had to pile my trash next to it. Also, they took dirty cups and didn't replace them with fresh ones, nor did they refill the coffee and milk in the room, so I had to go back to the reception desk reminding them. The next time they left 8 dirty cups on my desk when they cleaned the room.... So that in my opinion was not a good enough service.
