This quirky little hotel was everything we hoped it would be. We were able to check in and out seamlessly. We loved the detailed decor and the room was clean and comfortable. We were sad that we didn’t have time to enjoy the outdoor area because of how brief our stay was. I will definitely be returning the next time I'm in Phoenix, and hope to catch a live performance!

Disliked: Only complaint is the $15 charge for parking in the parking lot.

Fun place...I guess on weekends.

Liked: The outdoor space is great. The room has a fun ambience.
Disliked: Check in is a bit wonky, even though I noted we were going to get in later, at 8:45. It took a while to find someone and took a long time to actually get our keys. Restaurant wasn't open and there's not much around. No one was hanging out, which was why I booked the hotel. Apparently I expected too much from a Monday. The room was fine, cute and kitschy but some things are not practical for this day in age, like the outlet boxes across the room from the bed and I thought it was odd there were only 2 room type options, king or bunk beds.

I wanted to like this...

Liked: - The decor was eclectic and well done. - I appreciated having a microwave and refrigerator.- I appreciated being able to use a steamer.- I liked the ball chair.- The staff members were nice.
Disliked: - The cost per night was around $330 during the Final Four. I thought it was a great deal at first, but all things considered, I would’ve paid more for another location. - I can deal with loud music, but bass that shakes your bed when you’re laying in it is a bit extreme. The bass was a bit excessive for the size of the outdoor space. You can provide a social and cultural experience without the excessive bass. This was shared in numerous reviews for over a year, yet it appears the concerns have not been taken seriously.- The floor and rugs were dirty.- The flooring needed to be replaced as it was coming up in multiple places.- Calling this a hotel is a bit misleading as it is a motel.- We could hear people walking above.- The towels and toilet paper were rough.- The outlet locations were inconvenient.

Disliked: TV didn’t work or connect to Apple TV, cool room though

Atmosphere and amenities make it!

Liked: Fun and welcoming environment. Drinks at outside bar were great. Bartender went out of her way to accommodate our group.
Disliked: I liked everything about the place!

Disliked: I liked everything, minus one minor detail, the flooring in the room wasn’t done very well, so it doesn’t stay flush to the floor, a bit annoying to walk on.
