Disliked: The room was absolutely nothing like the pictures, the bed was tapped up, each window had no locks as the corroded, paint patches in the ceiling, wooden desk was warped, sink broken, blind the filthy.I complained they got met with a very anger person on the desk, got told nothing they could do. Chases me in a lift and was aggressive, discusting behaviour

Disliked: Very small compact room for the cost…budget tea and coffee and shower gel etc …would have expected better quality for cost per night.

Location great, room not so...

Liked: Location was excellent. Great neighborhood with lots of small restaurants and pubs. Close to Paddington Station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very charming older building and lobby.
Disliked: The Junior Suite did not have, and were unable to get, the air conditioner working, so humid, sweaty nights. The bathroom we knew would be small, but not even a shelf to put toiletries on. Looking out from the partially opening window to the inaccessible balcony, there were tons of cigarette butts which were disgusting to look at, and why were they there if this was a non-smoking room? And when I asked to get some ice for the room, I was told to go to a nearby restaurant and ask them to give me a glass of ice!
