Amazing! Will stay again!

Liked: Amazing, clean, very spacious, and comfortable rooms. We slept like babies. The staff were even better though, with how friendly and welcoming they were. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was more than pleasant. We felt safe and respected as clients and we would (and already have) recommend this hotel to everyone. Beautiful views of the water, as well as close grocery stores. We can’t wait to stay again. Also affordable! :)

The property great! The staff...

Liked: I liked the property and the staff was nice up until you had a problem then they got a bit short. And then when you call because they charge you a fee of 250 when they shouldn’t have amber yells at you and says to take it up with your bank.
Disliked: Amber was so rude to me over the phone and wasn’t willing to help me at all with figuring out how to get my money back of 250 for a pet fee that disclosed when I arrived she then proceeded to yell at me saying cats are not allowed even tho I told them outright I have a cat here’s 25 a night for my cat that I paid and she still charged me 250. I then asked for the contact info of the manager and she said I would have to look it up and that I should probably just take it up with my bank instead of reaching out because they would just say the same thing.

Liked: Very clean, comfortable bed. Great front desk personnel.
Disliked: Swimming pool was out of order. Bathroom door didn't latch.

Disliked: Pool and jacuzzi were closed for repair

Disliked: Booked at this location for the pool..... and it was closed. I wouldn't of stayed at this location (20 minutes away from where we were at) if it wasn't for the pool....
