Lovely bed and breakfast

Liked: Lovely b+b plenty of parking .10 min walk into town .we had bedroom 6 nice room if your not good at climbing stairs I'd suggest a lower floor as 3 flights of stairs to go up ..breakfast was plentiful nice and hot,host very nice as well

Liked: Josie was kind, warm and hospitable. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s a comfy clean space and really feels like home from home. If I come back to southport, I know where I’m staying!

Superb

Liked: Friendly communication from the host before and during my stay and free off road parking. There was a warm welcome on arrival and super service. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and hospitality was excellent. Other guests at breakfast were very friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing.I would highly recommend Edendale as the perfect location for easy access to Southport Town Centre with a quiet, relaxing atmosphere.

Loved our stay. If ever...

Liked: Warmly greeted on arrival, with a huge welcoming smile. Felt at home immediately. Superb location, great facilities, superb brekky. Josie and I are now (whether she knows it or not) BFF's (we think this means Best friends forever but can't rule out it meaning Beef Tomatoes For Fun). The outdoor area is gorgeous and inviting if you get the chance to sit out on a dry day (unfortunately, my friend and I were there during some rather energetic winds, so we admired from afar!)
Disliked: Wish we could have stayed longer!

Highly recommend people to stay...

Liked: I requested early check-in on the day, due to event I atteneded meant I would have been back late and they accomodated my request. My room was a single room and was very comfortable. I would recommend Edendale House to friends and family.

Excellent high quality accommodation.

Liked: The breakfast was delicious and made to order. The property itself was of a very high standard throughout and we had a great nights sleep in a comfortable bed. The host took time to highlight all aspects of the accommodation and recommend some nice restaurants within the town.
