Liked: I had made a mistake in my booking date and the staff person was very helpful in supporting me to cancel the original booking and to rebook it for that same day.
Disliked: The rooms are old and worn but the hotel is under new management so I think they will make some upgrades. The door did not lock so well.

Liked: Price for 1 night.
Disliked: Chose this motel because of the high rating it showed, 8.6. It was no where near that rating. Renovation was taking place but much more was needed. A/C. heater didn't work properly.

I didn’t stay, they said...

Disliked: I paid for a room online and it never went through until the last minute when I no longer needed it. I would like to get a refund for this.
