Liked: The room was dirty the owner was not polite at all shower curtain like it was there forever

Liked: My first room had bed bugs in it they moved me to another room it was cleaner
Disliked: Staff call police on me for nothin the police did nothin she threatened to call again

A disappointing comedy of errors,...

Liked: The woman who checked me in and checked me out was very friendly and clearly desired to help, although, in the end, she made excuses for most of what went wrong. The housekeeping man was EXCELLENT -- eager to help, friendly, clearly kept the room clean -- and even installed the new microwave 2 days after our arrival. The carpeting was even clean. I also really appreciated that we received a first floor room I could park in front of to unload and load our belongings.
Disliked: Probably true that it was just our luck of the draw, but the door handle broke off in my hand, and we were stuck in our room for 10 minutes. The door never closed all the way, leaving a big light gap in the doorway all night and a source of constant cold air. The microwave never worked, although a new one arrived on the 3rd day when we checked out early. The beds had overly-worn, sagging mattresses that may or may not have been good quality when new. The walls were technically clean, but the wallpaper was dingy at best, discolored in general, and in one corner it gave the appearance that blood had been splattered from near the floor to near the ceiling. And, on the 3rd day, the heater began to leak water.

Do not stay here.

Liked: Staff was nice.
Disliked: Everything, I have stayed in many hotels from N.C. to California from Florida to Michigan and this is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Dirty sheets and crude in bathroom from previous guest, Ac and microwave didn’t work.

Disliked: They put me in a smoking room. I don’t smoke. It was terrible

Liked: Convenient location.
Disliked: Very dated, cracked bathroom sink, well worn towels, sheets dingy. My husband slept in his clothes! We checked in late after a long day of driving. Wish I would have had the energy to look for another place and asked for a refund if my money!

Disliked: A man with a dog was right below us laying on the sidewalk and he had a little dog that yapped continually, we were on the second floor. I finally notified the front desk at 10:15 to complain and see what was being done. Cops were called, man was trespassed. Afterwards I didn't get back to sleep until after midnight. Should have been handled much better and earlier in the evening. I ran a construction crew for 23 yrs, and we used Super 8 whenever one was available. I never experienced anything like this. I won't be staying at another Super 8 again.
