Avoid at all cost!

Liked: When we arrived, we were denied a room, as they claimed there were no more rooms available, despite a confirmed reservation. The lobby was in disarray, like a remodel project that wasn’t going to be finished. It smelled of alcohol and urine. The staff was not compassionate, walk in my away before any further discussion. There were homeless people sleeping just off the sidewalk, making you feel as if your car would not be safe. We ended up driving further from our intended location and paying for a more expensive room. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and am disturbed that we are asked to rate our visit??

Disliked: Was not what I booked.no cable TV no Internet no towels.no trash cans.room was dirty and smelled bad

Dirty and unsafe

Liked: I didn’t feel safe.
Disliked: The place felt unsafe. There were holes in the walls, no towels, bedding was dirty, not all the lights worked.

Scared to be there.

Liked: Prostitution, open drug use in stairwell and parking lot. The place look like a brothel on steroids. Very unsafe environment for any upstanding citizen. Requested refund and was given receipt showing no balance owed but I am still in dispute and may have to sue for the return of my payment for the cancelled stay. I have authored a letter of demand to all parties and we will see where it goes from there. Would never recommend anybody to stay at the EconoLodge, Phoenix North I-17.

Never so bad like this

Disliked: Everything. Everything is broken in room. It is like a public shelter.

It’s a run down hotel...

Liked: Nothing it was run down
Disliked: The homeless population is unbelievable

Worse than Skid Row and...

Liked: Nothing it felt very unsafe. There were drug deals going on at homeless people everywhere. I told him I wasn’t gonna stay here and the staff said go ahead and cancel on Priceline
Disliked: The ratings were in accurate. I wish it was more accurate and the staff was friendlier priceline/booking.com said that they even called the hotel and they hung up on them.

Bad

Liked: Place looks like a homeless camp. Extremely dirty outside. Prostitutes were everywhere standing by the rooms and in the parking lot. Visibly intoxicated people were in and out of the property.
