Liked: You lost my reservation so I had to pay twice. That is unacceptable and I will not be staying at your chain again. And lose the virtual check in

Liked: Breakfast was great. Close to Liberty.
Disliked: No real person to check in.

Decent enough.

Liked: Convenient location. The video checkin was interesting.
Disliked: Cable limited and not always a good picture. The door had been kicked on before and had a large gap at bottom. The curtains don’t fully cover window. Purchase new mattresses or teach staff to rotate/flip. Both beds were obviously well worn on one side that had you rolling off bed unless at a diagonal to sleep.

Liked: I did not get a chance to try out breakfast but perhaps if I come by again I just might!
Disliked: The bed was a bit cheap and uncomfortable and the blankets were a bit thin. I think choosing to upgrade one if not both of these would improve the quality of the experience.
