Horrible I used to love...
Liked: Nothing really.
Disliked: The TV didn't work we asked the front desk guy to check it out he did and said it was a connection issue but had no rooms available. He told my husband that the girls meaning my kids would have no TV my husband said there boys and the guy said are you sure? So disrespectful. So we had no TV for the entire stay so that was disappointing. When I came to check in the same guy was on his phone and told me to wait really.....when he finally checked me in he got another text and told me to hold on when he was finally done he asked didn't I give you the key ummm no he said oh ok. Honestly I shouldn't have been charged the 96 I did because the amenities were sub par. So many homeless as well.

DISAPPOINTED THIS TIME...
Liked: it is conveniently located to the services that are needed. Most of the staff were very friendly (all except ONE).
Disliked: This location has a new policy -- I've been staying there on and off over the last 45 days, always requiring a cleaning deposit upon check in -- and suddenly when checking in this time, they required a cleaning deposit IN CASH! I have no issue with needing to leave a deposit, but have previously used my card to fulfill that requirement. Now all of a sudden they require cash ... IT'S NOT POSTED ANYWHERE - NOT EVEN IN THEIR LOBBY. And they don't offer a method (ATM machine?) to get cash, nor would they allow check in until it was paid.When I confronted the clerk, he was arrogant, irritating, and with all the wrong responses to diffuse the situation. he should not represent this company ... or any company. And then he didn't even give me a receipt for the CASH ... until I demanded it.Additionally, there is not breakfast with the reservation. But I've reported that before.
