Awful!

Liked: Nothing! Homeless people hanging around.
Disliked: Had homeless people staying there, loud noise and fowl language at night and early morning. Police came every night we were there. Our room the first night smelled like urine. Asked to change room for the next night and wanted a room on the first floor. They said they didn’t have one. Asked for room away from the homeless that was staying there. Was given one and the toilet was clogged. Asked the manager and he said it would be fixed . Came back that night and the room hadn’t been cleaned and the toilet hadn’t been fixed. Very bad service there and had a very bad experience the three nights there! I would recommend that you not host this hotel. There was an earthquake April 14th-5.2 while we were there and the maintenance person was coating the tile and had both exits of stairs closed off and couldn’t get to use stairs! Then he said we could use them at the other end of the building.We did complain but they were unfriendly. I wish I had taken pictures!

Liked: The add said that there was breakfast. This was misleading, because they only served coffee.
Disliked: For two days in a row despite letting them know to clean my room, they did not do it. The falsely claimed that the no disturb sign was showing on the door! Plus, there are no after hour access by management to at least provide fresh towels in case it they miss to clean the room.

Disliked: Dirty, noisy, bad neighborhood, uncomfortable bed.

Liked: Just a solid place I was impressed; especially in contrast to the abysmal Econlodge location in Oceanside.

Liked: Staff at check in was nice and accommodating when we asked for extra pillows and an extra blanket. Room was good size.
Disliked: Deposit at check in was cash only and closest ATM was at ampm 3 blocks away. Bathroom smelled like smoke when we entered room. There were cigarette burns on bed as well as on the extra blanket we got at check in. Staff at checkout was rude and pushy.
