Liked: Maids need better training to keep the place clean properly
Disliked: My cover was dirty and my ceiling looked like it needed some attention and they forgot some trash outside. The front desk was great, nice hallways and main entrance and the pool was amazing. Just need some more training for the maids. The front desk lady did go the extra mile and bring a new cover and replaced it herself.

Great location & value when...

Liked: Great location for my last-minute trip to see the eclipse. Seems like most hotel night staff are naturally surly, but Heather at the front desk was friendly and professional—and I was frazzled after 12+ hours of traffic!
Disliked: I didn't have time to check out the pool—the place was clean and felt safe. Personally I could use a flatter pillow, but I was too tired to ask for one.

Disliked: There was pieces of broken glass on the floor in the room. My mom got a piece in her foot and when I told the staff she said oh. I said you need to move us to a different room which they did. The next room my step dad got locked in the bathroom as the door handle was broken. The door wasn't locked just wasn't able to get the door handle to engage and open. The maintenance man said oh I can't break it I'll get in trouble. If my children would have gotten locked in there instead I can't imagine what would have happened. No call from the general manager to follow up on any of the issues.
