Place sucked. Never stay again.

Disliked: Wall outlet had no cover; lights blinking,

Check in was 3:00, concert started at 4:30. Our room was not cleaned and ready until 4:45, so obviously, we missed the first show at the concert. We were disappointed.

Disliked: I got bed bugs from this place. Im suffering with painful itchy bites all over my body. The room was dirty and sinks were clogged. Other guests were up screaming and yelling all night and I didnt get any sleep. Called twice now for manager no response.

Liked: it was spacious in the room
Disliked: the bedding was low quality and so was the water pressure. There was NOWHERE to walk to just to see and experience maybe even buy things.

Disliked: The hotel had roaches, the housekeeper did not clean my room until the day before we were checking out. The ice machine, and soda machine had rust and couldn't use it. I had to go to office everyday for toilet paper and towels and rags.Very unacceptable.

Disliked: The walls were thin and you could hear everything going on outside throughout the night

Liked: The room wasn't ready and we had call at noon and arrived at 5 pm. For a reservation made with five months in advance is unacceptable. We choose the hotel because it was waking distance to the Raymund J. Stadium. The event about to start at 6 pm..
Disliked: Excelent location. Should charge to meet better standars.

Not much to expect from...

Disliked: Other guests were arguing late into the evening and we could hear them shouting back and forth.
