Ridiculous operators

Liked: Not much they advertised online breakfast and coffee makers in the room of which they were neither or weren't even ice buckets in the room but there was a nice machine with nowhere to put the ice.
Disliked: I prepaid it booking.com $60.97 but when I got to the hotel to check in they didn't have it in their system even though the money was taken out of my account so then I called booking.com and they said they would refund the money of which I still haven't got so I rewranged on your credit card machine $62 for the road $40 security deposit which was $102 they tell me that it didn't go through and it's not in your computer. The money was taken out of my account and said econo Lodge. So the next day when I went to check out they were supposed to have refunded the 100 $22 and I was to ring it up and get. But the money didn't get refunded so the front desk work wanted me to give her my card again and re-ring up $102 and she'll give me 40 of it back to check me out. I wasn't going to be out another $62 because then I'd be out the 102 and the 60 from booking.com. I had to leave and the case is still open I don't know what to do I haven't gotten my $40 back or my $60 from booking.com

Disliked: I rented 2 rooms, the one was good, the other had food on the floor, and stained bedding, the couple with me in that room went out and bought 2 pillows, 2 pillow cases and a blanket due to the stained up bedding. I felt bad and embarrassed due to that situation.
