Great value for money.

Liked: Location was great, room was clean. Air con unit was a good send.
Disliked: No hair dryer in the rooms and none available from reception. Waited over 2 hours for one then gave up. Mattress was very hard. And only 1 pillow each.

Disliked: Way too cramped. Even my 4fy 11inch high wife struggled in the bathroom

Exceptional

Liked: We've stayed here twice now, perfect location to get to Hyde Park for a concert we were attending, staff are so helpful and accommodating and rooms are always spotless
Disliked: Bathroom is very small but for the price of the room it's a minor detail, we were only in the room to sleep at night so no big issue!

Not value for money but...

Liked: Location was good and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: Small room with window direct onto the busy street.

Liked: I stayed here a few years ago and swore I'd never go back but its been serious updated. Very clean, great staff. No kettle or desk but comfy bed and great location - it's fine for a night or two. Walls are very thin though and you can hear other rooms and toilets. I would stay again though for the price
