Liked: Convenience of being close to St Mary's Hospital. Staff in hotel were very friendly and interested in me. Nothing was too much trouble and always had time to listen. I had previous stayed here for 4 nights while visiting my brother in hospital. Great to be able to borrow a hairdryer and when the shower curtain came down was fixed by the afternoon.
Disliked: Nothing. All was great
