Superb

not good value for money

Liked: the room is clean and the process to get the keys is convenient. location is also good (7 yo 8 mn to OId street metro station)
Disliked: this is extremely expensive compared to other hotels knowing that : the room and the bed are very small (bed hardly for 2). they do no make up the room. no service. so in a nutshell terrible value for money

Liked: I was not there long enough
Disliked: When we went to check in they had clearly sold our rooms and said they could not find our booking we complained and they eventually "found" us a room each.

Great location for the price...

Liked: Great location, very close to tube stations and bus stops allowing for quick access to anywhere in the city. Room was clean and what we needed, check in was quick and staff were very welcoming. Needed another towel as there was only 1 in our room for 2 people and it was no trouble for reception to get one for us. Overall very good!
Disliked: Room was very, very hot. Air conditioning didn’t really work in the room which made it very uncomfortable to sleep and be in the room for long periods of time - which was fine for us as we just needed the hotel as a base for our trip, but in 27° London summer heatwave this was a struggle. The heat in the room was probably more intense as it was very tiny.

Liked: I liked how easy the online check in was and the layout of the room. It was the perfect size for two people with clean facilities.
Disliked: The door for the bathroom does not lock, not that it was an issue and there is a gap in the door so can have a bit of an issue with privacy.
