Liked: It was off the bus line and close to downtown.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that the room was located upstairs and that the room did not have a working heater. I paid for 7 days. They would not give me another room with a working heater. Instead I had to go to Walmart to buy a portable heater. I had no other options to make a last-minute reservation with the budget I had. The refund they offered would have taken at least three to five business days to post on my account.There was a mouse in my room, they didn't do anything about it until the next day and moved me into a room that was worse than the one that I had before. I hate it this service that I received and I definitely did not like the motel. I really do not know why these slouchy motels or even on your website. I would not recommend anyone to stay there as I would please ask that this Motel be removed from your website for others to have bad experiences as well.They give the impression that they are a very nice motel by calling to confirm that they received your reservation. That is the only thing that appears to be professional. The on-site manager is limited in speaking English as well as his so-called staff. There's construction going on and the parking is very very limited. The night attendant sleeps during the night time hours, you won't get any help from him because he doesn't speak very good English. The person who calls you on the phone is not even on site. They will take a full copy of your ID as well as your credit and our debit card and I don't understand that. I hope they don't use that information to commit any type of fraud, however the manager is very unprofessional and rude. I believe their custom is to be disrespectful to females. I noticed another female guest letting him know of the issue that she was having and he was very rude to her as well. He's definitely not rude to the male guests and I believe that is very discriminatory.
