Pleasant stay

Liked: We were allocated the heburn building the cheaper rooms. They were very small but adequate for one night's stay. .
Disliked: The only problem was the gym was below us and had early classes with the music blearing at 7.00 which woke us up

We had a lovely time...

Liked: Clean, beautiful grounds. Pleasant staff. Great breakfast.
Disliked: No view from twin room. My friend and I were sharing, a view would have been nice - especially for the money. Had a car issue in the morning. The receptionist took no notice. Nothing serious but she could have shown some concern to two OAPS sitting in reception trying to get the RAC. Perhaps she didn’t notice?!

Beautiful hotel, good stay

Liked: Perfect location. Beautiful hotel. Good size room. Great shower and body wash/handwash smelt lovely. Bed was comfortable.Appreciated having a free fruit (apples) available at the reception and bar area.
Disliked: Wasn’t too impressed with the food. Had salad for dinner and sourdough bread with a poached eggs and smoked salmon for breakfast (see photos). Also I’ve had better pillows and bathroom lighting wasn’t great for putting on the makeup.

Wonderful

Liked: Always a wonderful, such pleasant staff
Disliked: I don’t like the loud noises from the chairs in the restaurant..And sometimes the music in the restaurant in the morning is not appropriate ( rap music sometimes) but the food is always lovely
