Perfect city break for a...

Liked: The location is unbeatable for a city break - in the Brickell Centre, surrounded by restaurants, shops and bars. Super convenient and easy valet. The residence was extremely comfortable - the bed was like a cloud! Great to have the additional space to move around. The facilities of the hotel are very good - enormous gym, loved the rooftop bar which is still a very lively scene and the pool deck is fine for a little relax.
Disliked: The bathrooms could do with some upgrades - there are no hooks to hang towels and very little counter space. They are just looking a bit tired. There is some construction going on around the pool deck at the moment - it didn't affect us but if you're looking to spend your days by the pool you might want to reconsider. The $10 package handling fee per package is ridiculous!

Facilities were good, weed smell...

Liked: Coffee bar in the lobby was a life saver. Staff were professional and attentive.
Disliked: The smell of Marijuana in the hotel is unbearable and smelled horrible. It started first thing in the morning, until late at night. For a non smoker this was extremely offensive to us. It was in the elevator, the halls everywhere. It got to the point where I felt physically sick from it. Wish hotels would offer non smoking weed floors so that people who don't want to deal with the smell won't have to. Kids were on our floor as well...Did't like that you could not phone for your vehicle before heading down as you could before. Had to wait up to 15 to 20 minutes for our vehicle. Other guests were asking the same question.
