Liked: Spacious room with a very comfy bed. The food was excellent , and good value for money.
Disliked: Rooms at the front of the property suffer from traffic noise, but not a deal breaker.

Disliked: Hmm, my wife didn't take her orange juice at breakfast on Saturday morning because she saw human hair in it.

Liked: Good value for money. Lovely room/bathroom.. Complimentary drink from.the bar.Nice selection of continental breakfast items in the room.
Disliked: We arrived on a Sunday when it was busy with Sunday lunches. Couldn't check in as too early, was hoping to relax with a few drinks while waiting for the room, but not a seat to be had..... Well there was, but "reserved for diners" who weren't there yet!? So we had to stand by the door with our drink, looking like a couple of spare parts! However one of the staff took pity on us and looked into getting us checked in early and checking if our room was ready, which it turns out it was! On check out, I couldn't find anyone to hand the keys to... I tried to make contact with people talking in the bar (the door was locked) but they maybe didn't hear me. I did go back to the room to check if there were any details on what the checkout process was, but nothing noted. So I had to leave them and hope they got my email explaining what I had done, I didn't get a reply, so presume they found the key?
