Drury Plaza Hotel Pittsburgh Downtown

Staff was very polite and kind. Nice hotel. Would stay there again. Wished I had more time to enjoy the amenities.

Disliked: Carpet was dirty (I think there was puke in the middle of the floor that had been scrubbed a small amount).

Great location and friendly staff. Change your mattresses.

Disliked: I stayed a total of 4D3N in two separate bookings but access cards don't work the first time they gave it to me. It also deactivated on the 3rd day. I had to go back a total of 3x for the entire stay to the front desk to get it reactivated.

Liked: I picked this hotel for the location as we attended Pitt graduation at PPG Arena which is within walking distance. The staff was extremely helpful and polite and handled the volume of guests very efficiently and graciously. The room was spacious and clean. I cannot speak to the food at breakfast as we did not eat at the hotel.
Disliked: I have no complaints.

Liked: The staff were exceptional. Very helpful and friendly. They supported each other with different tasks. I was totally impressed by them.
Disliked: Our room was very nice and clean. However, the elevator bank near our room was filthy. The floors, walls and areas near that were dirty with smudge marks. It was never cleaned during our stay.
