The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to shopping and dining, and only a few miles from Charlotte Motor Speedway. All of the staff were courteous, helpful, and friendly, from the front desk, to the breakfast servers, to housekeeping. After some of our recent less than stellar experiences with another hotel chain, we were very pleasantly surprised. We will definitely choose Drury Inn in the future.

Everything was great. Enjoyed the room and definitely the location was on point. Would stay here again if had another show at the venue. Would shop around for pricing because I paid a lot more than some of the other guests and not sure why. Someone that bought a room paid 30 bucks less. Oh well. Overall good experience.

Disliked: Upon arrival at the room, the air conditioner was broke and leaking all over the floor. Being very understanding I called the front desk to make them aware of the situation and make sure the water wasn’t leaking to the downstairs room. The manager came to the door and apologized and offered a free night future stay, he took down my information and apologized but never followed through on his offer. I didn’t ask for it but if you are a manager and promise a paying guest something you really need to follow through.

Disliked: The facility was not up to standards of any of the other Drury Inn locations I’ve stayed in, which was very disappointing. The rooms need updating and the hotel had a stale odor. All the carpet needs to be removed!
