Quiet B&B with delicious food

Liked: Breakfast extremely good, we would have eaten more if we'd had room. Loved the breakfast sundae glasses with yoghurt and granola. Cooked food was great. Nice homemade biscuits and cream tea on arrival. Room comfortable and clean - we were really happy to stopover at this B&B. Maggie was a lovely host, thank you :-)

Wonderful place to stay

Liked: We were made extremely welcome by Maggie our host.The accommodation was extremely good with everything thought about and lots of lovely treats. Breakfast was wonderful and we also had dinner which was delicious and very good value for money. We will definitely return.

We didn't want to leave!

Liked: The breakfast was amazing - so much choice with lovely local fresh food. Home made bread was delicious and nothing was too much trouble for our host, Maggie. The evening meals was better than anything we've eaten in restaurants for the last few years. Maggie is an excellent cook and all the courses were made from scratch with such tasty ingredients. Excellent value for money! Would highly recommend sampling Maggie's culinary delights.
Disliked: Nothing could have been better - everything had been well thought out with amazing extra touches such as homemade cookies and fudge in the room.

Home from home 💖

Liked: Everything! From the warm welcome with Maggie - the pot of tea and homemade shortbread - to the delicious breakfasts each morning. All the little extras in the bedroom, the comfortable lounge with the cosy wood burner. Peace and quiet, so relaxing. We will definitely be returning next year.
Disliked: Not one thing to dislike.

Liked: very warm and welcoming , great host Maggie and Ewan. Food home cooked and great choice. all facilities first class.

We were pampered!

Liked: Maggie took such good care of us. Situated well off the beaten path but close to many lovely areas for exploring Scottland. The rooms were very comfortable. There is a lovely sitting room to relax in by the fire. Lovely homemade tea and wonderful breakfast. Dinner is also available on request and delicious.

Liked: We got a very warm welcome from Maggie on arrival, we were shown to our rooms and offered a cup of tea or coffee, Maggie’s home bakes as well as the evening meal we’re delish. Well done Maggie, a beautiful house in a beautiful setting, food was outstanding. Hopefully be back to see you soon

Liked: Could not of asked for more, the attention to detail in every aspect was way above my expectations… from the property itself to the service and the food. They really had thought of everything
