Beautiful location, hotel was terrible.

Disliked: Our room was not cleaned, not tided, beds not maid, not replenished, bins not emptied, no clean towels on our 4 day stay at hotel. There was no coffee during our stay in the whole hotel. There was lots of things not in stock at bars. Waiting for drinks in the restaurant was terrible, had to ask for toilet paper 3 times and never got it. Had to take it from a maids cart. The public toilets in the hotel were thilthy. Our room looked out to septic tanks and a loading bay, with rubbish lying around. Steel barrels being banged about in loading area outside our room in the early hours which was a nightmare. Overall stay was terrible. There is obviously serious staffing issues, such and expensive short stay for an awful experience.
