Liked: The location was ok.
Disliked: Not what they advertise. We got a queen room but we got a full, unless there's a small queen size I didn't know about. We have a queen bed at home and the one we got was smaller. There was a sewage smell coming from the shower that we had to keep the door close or the whole room stank. The shower head emitted a whistle sound pretty loud. And the pictures of the bathroom on their site? Nothing to do with the real thing. Also, we had to ask for someone to go clean our room and give us clean towels and some toilet paper. I was told they didn't clean the room because they knocked and we didn't answered the door! Like we were supposed to be there all day waiting

Convenient location, clean and good...

Liked: Friendly staff at check in. The room was noticeably clean if a bit bare bones (only had a lamp on one side of the bed, no hooks or hangers to hang clothes). It had a coffeemaker (but no decaf), fridge and microwave, although we didn't stay long enough to need them. Staff at check in warned us our toilet had broken and he had to fix it himself, the result being that it had to be flushed by pulling lever up rather than pushing down. No major problem, but the toilet did tend to keep running endlessly after flushing so probably needs fixing again. Busy road in front of hotel got pretty quiet at night; the footsteps of people in the room above us were quite noticeable though. All in all, for what we paid and for a one-night stay, it was fine.
Disliked: Two lamps so we both could read before sleeping. Hooks or something to hang things on would be nice.

Liked: the location and the staff. I also liked the kitchenette.
Disliked: the bed. It was not comfortable and the bathroom. The bathroom needs to be updated with more counter space.

Liked: Manager was very friendly and helpful
Disliked: No extra toilet paper stocked anywhere and didn’t realize until it was actually needed. Tried to call the office but the phone didn’t work and had to call the phone number from the website from cell ohone. Office door was locked. Said room was newly renivated but there was a vomit smell coming from the sink.
