Disliked: Everything, rooms are tiny, old, worn out, bed was broken with springs sticking out. Horrible hotel.

Nice basic stay if you...

Liked: Thought the room was fairly clean and comfortable. Close to Earl Court tube.
Disliked: There was a MOUSE in our room. I entered the room after a long day, and it came from under the bed and zipped out under the door. Told the staff at the front, all I was told was "sorry about that".Could hear pretty well anything going on outside of the room as well, not sound proof at all.

Liked: We got a refund for our room and could stay at another hotel The person at the reception was very understanding and helpful.
Disliked: The room was in the basement and had a distinct moldy smell.

Liked: The place is very accessible and they make the bed and change the towels everyday
Disliked: The room is a bit small but its okay

Liked: Didn't have breakfast location was pretty good plenty of eateries and the tube only minutes away
Disliked: Noisy guests, room a little tired, beds really high and the railway right outside our window wasn't overly annoying but you couldn't have the window open
