Excellent stay making London enjoyable

Liked: Atrium space was attractive and welcoming. Instantly likeable reception staff. The hotel offered free storage for one's luggage on departure day.
Disliked: Upper floors (with better views and on the more attractive side of the hotel) appeared to be saved for valued customers. An overly expensive breakfast may be prohibitive for some. There were coffee shops around the location that were much more reasonable. Staff at luggage area were less-fluent in the expected British politeness that can often positively influence the enjoyment when interacting on holiday for foreigners.
