Good

Liked: Quiet location with good tube connections. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was good overall.
Disliked: Too few elevators were operating. The coffee at the breakfast buffet wasn’t very good

Disappointing stay with Marriott hotels

Liked: Pool and breakfast
Disliked: Lifts were a shambles out of order and didn’t work. poor access to stairs . Using a back route through the restaurant to get downstairs. Had to repeatedly ask staff to place Easter eggs in room as there advertised Easter egg hunt suggested. Son was ultimately disappointed.
