Over all, a good stay,...
Liked: Breakfast was good, plenty of choices, although the ready cooked options werent the best, customers could order egg items cook fresh. Staff were all very helpful, and professional. Good space in the room
Disliked: Not much from our experience this time, except maybe a little travelling information available in the room, or near the reception, as there seem to be alot of family staying for holidays

Warm Hospitality in a Great...
Liked: Our stay at the London Marriott Hotel Regents Park was marked by exceptional service and cleanliness. The staff at reception were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always eager to help with a personal and caring approach. The hotel’s location is a major advantage - just a 5-minute walk from the Jubilee (Gray) Line, which connects quickly to central London and intersects with other key Underground lines. The surrounding neighborhood is charming, with a kiosk and a variety of restaurants and a food market within a 15-minute walk. A nearby park offering panoramic views of the city added a special touch to our visit. The hotel pool, open all day, was a great way to start or unwind after a busy day. Most impressively, the staff consistently went above and beyond to resolve any issues, even offering compensation when solutions weren’t possible. Their dedication left us with a very positive impression and a genuine desire to return in the future.
Disliked: Despite the excellent service, several aspects of the hotel’s facilities detracted from our comfort. The ground-floor restaurant focuses on seafood, which creates a strong fish odor that permeates the lobby - unpleasant for those who aren’t fans of fish. As I was traveling for work, I hoped for a quiet workspace, but aside from the lobby (which had both the odor and mosquitoes), there was no suitable area to work. Our room had a shower rather than a bathtub, which was excellent, but the shower and toilet showed yellowing, suggesting a lack of proper cleaning products. We were offered to switch rooms multiple times due to weak air conditioning, which the hotel attributed to a heatwave, though it seemed more likely due to outdated and dirty systems. The replacement rooms and provided fans didn’t resolve the issue. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, possibly due to our room’s location, and only after contacting reception were we given access to an alternative network. These facility shortcomings impacted our overall experience, though the staff’s efforts to assist were truly commendable.

Clean, well situated
Liked: The shower in my room was a hazard. It was really high because of the tub, but other than that it was nice.
Disliked: The bathroom

Relaxing stay
Liked: Friendly helpful reception and leisure centre staff. There was an issue with my bathroom (smell) but it was quickly sorted with a fast change of room. No quibbles. Comfy bed and fab shower and toiletries. Great air-conditioning. Very convenient location.
Disliked: Pool and changing rooms tired and dated. Lockers hard to use and changing rooms don't lead direct to the pool and involve steps.

Comfortable and quiet
Liked: The room was big, enough space for two couples and very comfortable beds. The ground floor was handsome and had many nooks and crannies. The food, though priced for this inner North London area, was good.
Disliked: £20 for three coffees was a bit steep. The brandy barely wet the bottom of the glass. One doesn't expect Spanish measures, but really! The beer menu was all foreign beers plus Guinness. A couple of British real ales would have helped.
