Was OK stay overall, room...

Liked: Food at the restaurant was good. Glad they had security because it was sketchy outside with all the homeless. There was complimentary wine and cheese everyday between 5 and 6 PM.
Disliked: No bathrobe or slippers. No coffee machine. Staff were friendly enough but seemed very forced and unnatural.

Love the view.

Liked: The service by your employees.
Disliked: Bathroom was dirty.

Liked: Food was good.
Disliked: Really close to a loud club played music every single night. Staff was decently nice. Upstairs breakfast area was dirty and sticky floors. Payed my hotel through a third party then ended up paying double the amount in fees / valet / etc. was not disclosed in booking.com or else I would’ve booked directly through another hotel that’s more luxury.

Very Disappointing! because of Location,...

Liked: Only thig was breakfast , however the menu was short list but it was good.Room was clean but most of furnitures were old.
Disliked: the view was very bad , roof of another building with lots of fan and ..., and there was no shower cap and slippers which is necessary. I could not find a bottle of water from 2nd day after I used the one was there (no refill). there was a loud music noise all nights that did not let me have a good sleep. Location was a very big deal breaker. there was homeless all around the area. the first night I just shocked. and all line for club on the next door of this hotel. not a clean and safe area. Price: it really didn't worth the price, too expensive compare to what you get compare to a hotel in nice locationBreakfast was good. the pool was closed during my staying with no notification anywhere . I would never choosed this hotel if I knew that.Price (does not match to all it offer), I booked it with Booking.com for flight+hotel (my currency set as CAD but you charged $US which needs to be fixed) this trip with all these headache does not cost even a $1 to me. I enjoyed all my time out of the hotel and had to got Uber each time to be safe.I didn't like the area (Not safe and Dirty, club area)Pool was closed (very very very disappointing), should be mentioning it the website.room did not have all needed stuffs (shower cap & sleepers)View of room was very bad, showing parking lot that homeless living in the car.For this hotel with all these problems the price does not match at all. very unfair and expensive.
