Horrible hotel

Liked: Nothing except good people as employees
Disliked: So much, the rooms were small, not cleaned well, no service whatsoever to your room! West Hollywood not safe at all first night we came a stranger ran into the hallway of the hotel and bodyguard had to escort him out

Disliked: The bed was not very comfortable and a chair in the room would have been nice.

The hotel itself is excellent...

Liked: The hotel is beautiful and modern, with an excellent location overlooking Hollywood. Everything was spotless, and housekeeping provided daily service, keeping the room fresh and comfortable. The room and bathroom were stylish, with high-quality amenities such as shampoos, soaps, and daily towel replacements, which made my stay very pleasant.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the front desk service was extremely disappointing and ruined an otherwise great experience. Even though my booking was fully prepaid, I was told to leave a deposit. My card was not working, but I had the ability to pay via Apple Pay with a US bank account. The staff simply refused, and the manager offered no alternatives whatsoever. When I asked about paying in cash or through Booking, I was again told “no.”The attitude of the front desk made me feel as if I was being judged for not having money, and as though they wanted me to leave. For such a modern and beautiful hotel, this kind of customer service is unacceptable. Better training and flexibility from the front desk staff are urgently needed.

Disliked: How early the restaurant and pool closes.

A good location close enough...

Liked: The location was decent as they were coffee shops and restaurants nearby.The room was clean with a comfortable bed.
Disliked: The room temperature default to "68" degrees and it was freezing (we were there in August). We had to keep adjusting it to 75 degrees for the night. Also We didn't find the pool area appealing at all as it was too crowded and not usable. (The pool was too small. There were not enough shade areas to rest when we were there.)
