Very good

Liked: The bed was quite comfortable, the staff was very nice, especially the fact that they helped immediately when there were some issues with the water, and the location was pretty good. Very big plus that the deposit was accepted in cash and was returned upon the checkout, without needing to wait for the credit card release. Another positive is that the bathroom had soap, shampoo and shower gel.
Disliked: The room certainly needed more cleaning, there was a lot of dust and dirt on the fridge and the furniture in the room. Also probably due to some miscommunication, one morning they woke me up at 7 am instead of waking the proper person. This is really annoying especially when arriving late and needing a good rest.

If you're looking for a...

Liked: The location was good. Close to the Port Authority bus station, Times Square, Broadway, and lots of subways.
Disliked: The room did not have any natural light. The beds were cots with very soft mattresses.

Very good

Liked: Location was great, and super central to what we did over the evening. The rooms were cute. And staff was super helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Beds were a little firm personally, but other than that everything was great.

Great location, great value for...

Liked: This provided great value for money based on the location right in the heart of Manhattan. The property is clean, well maintained, has been well maintained, had a modern bathroom and was top of the range for a 2* property.
Disliked: Not much to add here. Given it exceeded expectations and I've used several similar or even 3* hotels in midtown and theatre district, this has been the best.
