Overall good experience.

Liked: I was presently surprised at how nice the rooms were. Checked for bed bugs and didn't find any so also good!
Disliked: Can't say I found any negative.

Perfect stay for people attending...

Liked: I loved how the staff was so nice and available for service all day around. The location was a 10 minute drive from the NOS center which was perfect for our beyond wonderland visit. Honestly it was nice and spacious . As many say “looks can be deceiving” this motel might look sketch from pictures but it is truly worth the stay. Will be staying again upcoming escape event during October
Disliked: Not much I didn’t like about the property, maybe just a bit cleaner but it was already clean as it was.

Worth the $, close to...

Liked: Bed can fit 3 or 4 people if you want to cram but it was just me and a friend. It was very close to the NOS Center, the attendant was polite and seemed like he enjoyed his job which makes me enjoy my stay more.
Disliked: The TV had a weird thing going on where one corner of the TV was flickering but you could still easily watch it. I would recommend bringing your own sheets and pillows just because you'll sleep better, I didn't and I felt dirty but nothing a change of clothes and a shower won't fix.

Liked: Very close to countdown which is a rave my friends and I attended to, great price when you book early on, and also the front desk worker, I forgot his name but he know who he is haha, was super accommodating and even helped us a-lot !
