Overall good experience.

Liked: I was presently surprised at how nice the rooms were. Checked for bed bugs and didn't find any so also good!
Disliked: Can't say I found any negative.

Never coming back , dirty...

Liked: Very bad , customer service was all bad ..
Disliked: The people,the staff,area was bad had lot lizard’s in the Parker lot all day

Amazing stay!

Liked: All staff went above and beyond for us when we stayed their for a festival. They also were very flexible with accommodating our needs. Hotel is very clean and looks like the rooms were renovated. Will definitely come back in the future! Me and boyfriend enjoyed our stay so much.

Liked: Very ghetto there was graffiti on the bathroom counter and cigarette burns in the bed spread
Disliked: Reeked of cigarettes

Liked: We liked the distance from the NOS Center and the staff was nice and helpful. Peter at the front and the cleaning ladies were always willing and available to help.
Disliked: Towels seemed a little dirty.

Liked: Everything was good and definitely a go to whenever I go to raves . I felt comfortable staying here . And the man in the front desk was very nice and so was the staff very friendly !
Disliked: The toilet paper was too thin lol . If anything bring your own .

Disliked: Besides them taking full advantage of an near by event by charging double of what they charge normally, the room smelled so bad like cigarettes even the bed smelled so bad the smell even penetrated my clothes so bad, downfall there isn’t no microwave.I called to notify that the refrigerator wasn’t working and they didn’t come until next morning.
