Liked: Clean tidy welcoming staff/owners & location

Expensive for what we expected.

Liked: Staff were all pleasant and friendly. However the room was extremely small and very grubby. Parts of the room looked like they hadn't seen a vacuum cleaner for a while the window sill wasn't the cleanest. If I'm totally honest we were expecting a bigger room for two adults and two children. The room was small and very basic . The evening was awful it was extremely hot well over 30C and no cooling facilities. The breakfast staff were very helpful and very efficient when serving the food. And the choices were fine. The quality of food was acceptable and quiet filling for our small appetites.

Pleasant

Liked: The location was good and the price was fair. We didn't eat there as we were out most of the time so can't comment on that.
Disliked: No fridge in the bedroom, also the room hadn't been hoovered properly, there were dog biscuits and empty bottles of pop under the bed. Apart from that it was OK.

Liked: All the staff were amazing and made you feel so welcome, plenty of area to sit near the bar with your dogs aswell

Disliked: Floors creaked loud enough to wake you up!Inconsiderate guests slamming doors.Parking was a lottery

Disliked: the bed was four poster but the mattress was not comfortable it's kept sinking into to it didn't get much sleep, the last time i stayed bed was very good that's only thing let it down was the bed
