Disappointed hotel experience

Liked: Space room
Disliked: No cleaning room. No shower

Nice. Great pool.

Liked: It was comfortable . The pool was nice. .. I could see my teenage children in the pool from the window in my room so that was great! I like that breakfast is served until 11!
Disliked: There was no channel guide or wifi instructions. Also the lady that helped with breakfast was super confusing but she was nice. Tried calling down for extra blankets and never got an answer, it was like 12am and ..also there were kids running up and down the hallway all night, that's why I didn't want to go to the desk for blankets! Which didn't really bother me but the other patrons were getting upset they kept knocking on doors, which isn't really the establishment's fault......

Bad

Liked: The room itself was ok.
Disliked: The room was supposed to have a view of a pond but overlooked a roof instead. Breakfast, even though it was included was not actually free. There was so much construction going on that toy could barely get your luggage to your room

Liked: The lobby was neat
Disliked: The room was tight and the body wash and shampoo were empty, the roll out bed look like they took ot out the trash. The pool smell like pee the hottub was cold and after the breakfast was included they charged me for breakfast and they never refunded me either. So no I won't stay there again..and the price they charge me wasn't worth the room.

A little disgusted and disappointed...

Disliked: Pool was not clean. Paint peeling off the floor. Everything dated. Mold on bottom of shower doors. Tables at breakfast were dirty.

Other than the miscommunication about...

Liked: The property was clean and comfortable
Disliked: Says Breakfast was included but wasn’t it was an additional $15 eachAlso was under renovation which was not mentioned in the application

Disliked: Room felt claustrophobic and my bathroom towel was dirty, no breakfast, didn’t look like pictures
