Disliked: We paid extra and booked a specific room called the falls tower king suite for my wife and I's wedding anniversary with a balcony with a view and upon arrival we were given a ground floor level with a view of a parking lot and no balcony then when we complained the front staff Darryl Walker said that our room was not guaranteed because we booked through booking.com and that they only had a two rooms open with a balcony but they still weren't the room we specifically paid extra for and didn't have a view. Once in our new room there were multiple things dirty our shower for one, we had to wear our sandals in the shower because it was never cleaned. The top of our fridge was so dirty that the previous guests or someone before them drew male genitalia in the dust and it was never cleaned before we got the room. There were weird stains about the room and their "indoor heated pool" was partially outdoor and was absolutely filthy it hadn't been cleaned the three days we were there and it was freezing cold every time we went. Upon checkout we asked for a partial refund and the front desk said we would have to talk to booking.com. The fire alarm also went off at 2 am the one morning because of someone "smoking" even though it did not smell like someone smoking it smelt weird and made our lungs feel odd, they couldn't even give us a courtesy breakfast or compensate in any way. Or even offer their apologies.it all around was a pretty terrible stay and would never recommend to any one.
