The staff in general was very friendly and helpful.
Liked: Room size was great and had a very comfortable bed. The shuttle driver went out of his way to show us some of the historic sites and pointed out some places to eat.
Disliked: The breakfast cost was a little high for what you get.

Liked: The hotel was very clean the staff was excellent - I would recommend.
Disliked: I was charged twice for parking.

Overall, a good trip. The bathrooms are just missing a few details. But I would still stay here again next time I come to town.
Liked: Lovely people. Awesome bar, and really good room service food. Very comfortable bed, and furniture. Very spacious room.
Disliked: No light in the shower made it very dark. No shelf spots in the shower for soap/shampoo. No exhaust fan in bathroom.

Everyone was so helpful and the room was nice. The valet people were so helpful. Great place and will return.

Liked: The staff provides excellent customer service. I also like the spaciousness of the room. The location was perfect for my needs.
Disliked: I didn't like that I couldn't order room service because the phones in the room didn't work properly. I also didn't like the dripping faucet in bathroom

READ BEFORE YOU BOOK: Buyer...
Liked: It?s downtown and close to major attractions
Disliked: The room wasn?t clean at all. Hair was found in the shower. Hair was all over the room. Stains on the sheets. Lipstick left on a glass of water. I immediately took pictures and went back to the desk which tried to resolve with food voucher and a room switch. The room switch was a downgrade with 2 queen size beds. I called they front desk to explain this was a downgrade from which i paid for and not accommodating and they finally agreed to have someone clean the dirty king suite. Upon entering, the cleaning lady told us sometimes people have too much hair and it?s hard to clean which i found odd. I begin to notice there is a hair tie with hair attached left on the floor from a previous customer and more hair throughout the carpet (I?m a male with no hair). It begins to get WORSE. I order food service and the glass comes up with a dirty lipstick stain (again i am a male). I complain to Mike who was my food service guy and he proceeds to apologize telling me he is the only one on staff working. I told the front desk the room was not clean or satisfactory and all they did was apologize for the mishap. I call booking immediately after check out and they basically told me it was my fault because i did not call them earlier and due to be accepting a food voucher there could be no further compensation. Keep in mind i accepted to room bring clean and food voucher BEFORE realizing that the problem wasn?t resolved at all. I continued to call and the managers gave me to run around stating i would be compensated then later taking it back. This is a terrible experience from both booking and Hilton who took little to no responsibility. All in all i paid $300+ for $60 motel 6 quality. I would not trust this hotel to accommodate business needs or to be clean. As a 6 year genius member I am very disappointed and looking for another third party to plan my future trips. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Be careful when booking at this hotel!!

Liked: Not impressed with the food
Disliked: I checked in on Monday, January 13th and was assigned room # 1028. One of the beds had soiled linen on it even the room was supposed to be ready for occupancy. Housekeeping changed the bed so I dismissed it even though this is supposed to be one of the better hotels. However, I cannot disregard the level of service provided by the valet. Not only did they take an unusually long time to bring my car around (over 25 minutes) even though I texted them 10 minutes prior to coming downstairs after finally getting the car my 72 year old mother fell outside and instead of assisting us the attendant just stared from inside the hotel doorway where the kiosk is located while a random stranger walking down the street was kind enough to help us.
