Dirty and way overpriced
Liked: $300 to stay on a dirty hotel with moldy shower. I feel completely ripped off .
Disliked: The hotel was dirty. The bathroom had mold and dirt and it felt so gross to even shower. We have stayed here so many times and honestly they have gone downhill. I wish we could get our money back. We should have stayed in a motel 6. I would really appreciate a call back and a refund. We have photos and videos. This is just unacceptable.

Disappointed for the amount of...
Liked: I was very disappointed due to there being a stain on our sheets and the wall was dirty.. splashed with mud or something.
Disliked: Cleaning better was pretty dirty.

Good
Liked: I've stayed at this particular Doubletree hotel many times over the years. It's convenient to my business needs in/around San Jose and Santa Clara and generally a "known quantity"
Disliked: I was surprised there wasn't a fridge in the room. It seemed an unnecessary corner to cut. I tried to place s "for pickup" order on the room service line, left a message, never heard back and had to go down to the restaurant for them to tell me the ordering line was down. Knowing this on check-in or as a notice in my room would have saved me an hour trying to arrange dinner.

Hotel experience was lacking in...
Liked: First floor and guest check in area was nice, everything past that upon scrutiny didn't hold up to a 3 star rating.
Disliked: Room had numerous issues, leaky sink, no trash bags in trashcans, no ice in any vending machine on any floor, all water was out in vending. No in room fridge, low quality bathroom amenities. Elevators not working. Room privacy was lacking with a 1 inch gap from bottom door to the hallway, allowing huge noise to leak in and out. When someone closed a door within your rooms vicinity, it sounded like our door was being opened and closed... We had to put a towel in the inch gap to try and dampen the noise but it didn't do much.

Look for a better value...
Liked: Beds were fine
Disliked: Considering value for money - this is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed. They charge ~$300 for a room and don't even bother making it every day (supposedly you need to book that in advance). $300 in 3 star hotel for a old shabby room where only $14 breakfast is included is beyond my comprehension.

I would not stay again
Liked: Proximity to airport
Disliked: There was no room service. Also, no luggage rack or shower cap. I tried to call front desk but no answer. Hotel is very old looking, rooms need to be upgraded.
