Business more than leisure

Liked: Nice clean establishment. There was an onsite restaurant that stayed open pretty late. Not too many options though. Lovely pool and jacuzzi. Fire pit and outdoor bar. The room was fine.
Disliked: We arrived late. So front desk staff was not very friendly. We were not even offered a cookie. Requested a refrigerator and microwave for the room. Only one was in room and we were not advised about it. Air conditioning motor is very loud. But room was hot so we had to deal with the noise. Ice machine broken. No trash in bathroom. Again was this an oversight? Few stains on bedding that ws not noticed until the morning. One looked like blood. Had to ask for more pillows. Soft and flat

Wonderful stay, I would definitely...

Liked: The staff was very sweet and welcoming, always greeted us with a smile. From front desk, the dinning area, pool area, bars, and all around the hotel including house keeping everyone was nice.
Disliked: We did choose the weekend the soccer tournaments were going on, so there were kids running wild.

It was not ok

Liked: Pool and bed
Disliked: The bathroom mirror was awful. The curtain in the room was dirty and the smoke alarm had been ripped out. The smell in the room smelled like there was mold. There was a fan in the hallway but it was off.

Liked: All the personal were excellent. Great customer service. The pool hours were great and so was the pool. Housekeeping personal were very polite and prompt to respond any requests.
Disliked: I requested a refrigerator given that we were staying for three nights and it was a family trip:. They were not able to accommodate my request even though I requested it at the time of my reservation about a month before. The 1st room I was given had no air conditioning it was not working. We had to move to a new room. There was not daily housekeeping unless we requested 24 hours in advance.
